About our homes
Our properties are carefully selected and thoughtfully renovated
and refurbished. Our goal is simple: to give you a comfortable place
to call home.
You’ll discover modern touches throughout, from lighting to
flooring, and everything in between. This is your home, and we hope
you’ll be happy.
Note that all our properties are rented unfurnished. We don’t
believe that we should dictate your tastes in furnishings. It’s easy to
make your home reflect your personal sense of style.
About our management
We get it. No one wants a property manager butting in during their day-to-day life. That’s why we take a hands-off approach. Call us when you need us and we’re happy to help. What do we handle? We take the approach that most homeowners are more than capable of handling basic household maintenance, like changing lightbulbs.
However, if you experience a major issue, like a breakdown of your heating or a problem with the refrigerator, report it to us via the Contact Form and we’ll handle it promptly. What if you have a leak? We take care of plumbing issues, but you’re our first line of defence. If you notice a leak, turn off the water. Then use the emergency number to let us know right away.
